Last week we showed you a romantic engagement shoot, and today we bring you Cara & Taylor’s sweet southern blush wedding that took place this past February in Kentucky. These two met and fell in love while attending college at Harding University. The details of their day were simply perfection, using blush as their focus color it really gave the day a fun romantic feel, which is exactly what they wanted. Her dress is surely one to remember, with a sheer high neckline, tulle skirt and low back…I could stare at it for hours. These beautiful images are brought to you by Craig Hodge Photography.
Looking back, what is the best decision you made planning your wedding? Is there something that you didn’t do that you wished you had?
The best decision I made was with our photographer, Craig Hodge. He was a joy to work with and did a wonderful job with the pictures. What I wish I had done is been able to drink some hot chocolate from our hot chocolate bar at the wedding! I heard it was delicious.
Do you have any advice to other couples planning their day?
To relax and know that you will love your wedding day whether the details turn out the way you want or not. Be excited about the marriage, and allow the wedding to be a celebration, not the main focus.
