Imagine a lush green forest of pines with a spicy aroma tingling your senses, with flowing silk flourishes, warm candlelight and delicate florals, doesn’t it sound positively enchanting? This combination of rustic & soft details has been brought to life by Erin Morrison and a wonderfully creative team in their Ribbon & Pine Wedding Inspiration Styled Shoot.
Settled in the Fruit and Berry Patch in Knoxville, TN, their inspiration emerged from Erin’s love of winter tones, swaying in colors of taupe, grey & evergreen. She was so intrigued by her grandmothers unpolished silver flatware and stemware she just knew she want to incorporate them into the look creating a vintage appeal, saying, “I felt it appropriate to bring together Nana’s silver and the current season: a touch of vintage + winter”. Taking advantage of the local greenery they were able to fabricate stunning design elements like the cedar branches cloaked over the chairs and the swoon worthy arbor adorned with streaming ribbons. We love the naked homespun cake trimmed in greenery and topped with pine cones, and the charming teacups embellished with handwritten calligraphy tags is a delightful touch. The stunningly bright white elements and the soft candlelight enhances the romantic rustic feel of their shoot!
