We’ve had the pleasure of getting to see lots of beautiful weddings, however we haven’t seen one quite as fun as this festive New Orleans Wedding uniting Larae & Ross! These two are so in love that a little rain on their wedding day didn’t stop them from having the time of their lives. Larae was born and baptized in New Orleans and Ross’ family all love NOLA so the city was the perfect choice for a destination wedding with all of their friends and family.
They chose to get married in the breathtaking Cathedral with their reception at the Royal Sonesta. They chose this reception venue for their beautiful ballroom and it is a favorite hotel among their friends and family. They chose to have their first look captured under the partially covered walkway just outside her bridal suite, they were worried about Larae’s dress possibly getting a tad wet or dirty but despite the rain, Larae managed to not get the least bit wet! Their photographer attributed this good luck to her positive and upbeat attitude throughout the entire day, which really shows in their gorgeous photos. Maybe what they say is true and a little rain on your wedding day is lucky!
